Overview
After the completion of the works, the digital scans and physical artwork(s) will be sent to the client, unless the project is terminated at any stage, including prior to the commencement of the final work(s) You give the artist (Andrew Granieri) the right to publicly post any work related to the project, including, but not limited to: any preliminary sketch(es), thumbnail sketch(es), conceptual work(s) and any stage of the final work(s) to any social media platform or website owned or used in an administrative manner by the artist (Andrew Granieri).
The artist has the right to reject any work they deem not suitable for any reason including, but not limited to: high demand/inability to complete work, inappropriate/offensive content, subject not suitable for artist.
By agreeing to the terms below you hereby waive any grounds for dispute of quality of the finished work unless communicated otherwise.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your commissioned artwork, we cannot offer you any form of refund or exchange, unless the item is gifted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange of the works as each commissioned artwork is unique. A 50% refund will be admitted to the client in the event that the client is dissatisfied with the finished artwork, which will also lead to the cancellation of any physical shipping of the artwork, and delivery of any digital scans of the final project. This does not apply to any alterations, additional specifications or modifications not previously discussed to the project. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of client dissatisfaction due to alterations, additional specifications and/or modifications to the project not previously discussed with the artist, no refund will be admitted.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please also note refunds may take three to four business days to process.

Additional requests
Additional requests discussed after agreeing to these terms and conditions and payment may incur additional costs, at our behest. Any specifications and/or modifications to the work MUST be directly communicated to us prior to commencement of commissioned work, including any applicable pre-commencement work, including but not limited to: any preliminary sketch(es), thumbnail sketch(es), conceptual work(s), as well as the commencement of the final project. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us at admin@agranieriart.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
